Philimon Badagawa

Philimon Badagawa is a communications specialist who has led documentation and evaluations for several projects. He is a certified documentarian in both text, audio and video formats, and supports technical platform development. He is also a certified editor and specialist in knowledge capture and management. 

A multimedia specialist with over 7 years of work experience, Badagawa is highly skilled in graphics, audio-visual production, visual communication, Data Visualisation, Research and new media. He has worked on Media Monitoring, Impact Assessment, documentation and research assignments for UNICEF Uganda, Enabel, UNFPA, Foundation for Human Right Initiative (FHRI), International Rescue Committee (IRC), DW Akademie, Plan International Uganda among others. 

Badagawa is also a learning facilitator in Multimedia and Digital Journalism and Communication. He has facilitated and led the US. Mission Uganda funded project in Multimedia Journalism & Digital Safety Training for journalism students, journalists and journalism lecturers, Media Viability as well as Digital Pedagogy for FAWE Uganda and BRAC Uganda supported projects.
